At Empressy Emporium, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within a standard processing period.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or refund. Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other business reasons.
